The module demonstrates how good AM decision making is crucial to the development of robust AM plans and how a good framework ensures a consistent approach to capital, operational and maintenance investment decisions.
It also provides an understanding of the role of policy, strategy, demand analysis and objective setting.
The module complements Asset Wisdom's 'Asset Information' module which explains the importance of defining information requirements.
